Yoga Basics / Hatha Yoga: Has it been awhile? Maybe its just the beginning, but you want to step into a class at a studio with some knowledge of the postures and their form. Whatever the case may be it has to start somewhere and I personally believe understanding the basic yoga poses and their form is the most impactful way to start, so come start with me!
Vinyasa Flow: A form of yoga where we focus more on movement and breath. Our poses begin to flow together and we find new healthy ways to transition. Breath meets movement and when they link, is where I find the most joyful time in my practice. Lets link!
Yin/Restorative: Lets really slow down. Join me in a Yin based class! Lets challenge our racing minds to stay still for an hour as we breath into the areas of tension in our bodies and stretch it out. Holding relaxed or supported poses for longer periods of time while tuning into the breath and finding the quiet within the mind.

Lets Focus on You
In the beginning of my yoga teaching I realized I wanted my students to really feel & recognize what our practice was offering. I craved your "OMG I feel the difference now" reactions and to feel the connection of your breath & movement. I began teaching privates, because this is where I could truly connect and work with the you. This is how I can understand your body, be present with your mind & bodies goals, offer open ears for whoever is willing to open up and share their story, with hope that I can help get them past anything they no longer believe they have power over. When we connect, I will address your strengths and needs and do my absolute best to lead you in the right direction to reach your goals whatever they may be.

YUNG YOGIS
Start Young Finish Strong
Imagine starting your young ones off with the mental and physical aspects of yoga at a young age! Yung Yogis is something I saw a beautiful future in, not only for your child's life, but in their future and society's as well. I've been teaching yoga to kids the ages between 11-14 since July 2018. Currently I offer private sessions and have taught small groups as well. . There are a handful of positive, life changing benefits to your child's growth by starting them at a young age.

YOGAFIT
Realize the Power of the Mind, Body, and Breath
YogaFit is perfect for students looking to get in a nice flow yoga class while linking your breath with movement and taking control over the mind. A little bit more push, or challenge. You will still get your yoga in, while getting a nice workout as well. Yoga will be majority of our transitions and preparation for the next moves to break a sweat!
